Office bullying is not uncommon and there are so many ways that you can actually stop the bullying from happening. Here are just a few tips on rising up against that bully in your serviced office London
Self Confidence
Bullying has a big effect on someone with a high or low self confidence and can pick it up and destroy it. Some of the strongest people in the world can still be broken into pieces by bullying. Self confidence can really come down if someone is thinking it is funny to make you the butt of all of the jokes and laughs in the office. This is not like school bullying, tell the person that is doing it that they are getting to you and they are likely to stop. Sometimes there are people out there that will just continue doing it so you then must take it higher up in the company.
Suffering Headaches
Stomache aches, bad skin, headaches, these are all symptoms of being bullied in the workplace and 45% of people can suffer with these. If someone is constantly giving you more work than you can handle then it is best that you simply say no to them. Going to the local GP can be a good idea as they can tell you if something is really up or if it is bullying.
Depression
41% of the people that are bullied end up with depresssion, this is a shocking figure indeed. Once again it would seem that the best way to approach this one is to go to your GP.
Of course you could just pick up executive office furniture or executive furniture and whack them around the head with it, this often does the trick too.
